We ship our products globally from our New Zealand warehouse. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.

All New Zealand orders are delivered by tracked courier (signature required) and can be sent to PO Boxes. For international orders, customers will have two options:

1) Untracked air mail - more cost-effective and can be sent to PO Boxes. No signature is required upon receipt.

2) Tracked express courier - faster and more secure option but can't be sent to PO Boxes. A track-and-trace service, signature is required upon receipt.

Shipping Charge & Transit Times

NEW ZEALAND

- Orders over $65 NZD will be delivered freight-free nationwide. For orders under $65 NZD a shipping charge of $5 NZD will apply.

- Transit time: 1-2 working days. Please allow 1-2 extra days for rural delivery.

AUSTRALIA

- Air Mail (untracked): $10 NZD for orders weigh up to 1kg. $15 NZD for orders weigh between 1-2kg. Transit time: 3-6 working days.

- Express Courier (tracked): $20 NZD for orders weigh up to 2kg. Transit time: 1-2 working days. 

 ASIA & SOUTH PACIFIC

- Air Mail (untracked): $15 NZD for orders weigh up to 1kg. $23 NZD for orders weigh between 1-2kg. Transit time: 6-10 working days.

- Express Courier (tracked): $25 NZD for orders weigh up to 2kg. Transit time: 2-3 working days.

*Due to China's customs regulations, we recommend that each China order carries not more than 6 individual products and has a total value of less than $1,000 CNY (~$210 NZD) to facilitate customs clearance.

NORTH AMERICA

- Air Mail (untracked): $15 NZD for orders weigh up to 1kg. $25 NZD for orders weigh between 1-2kg. Transit time: 6-10 working days.

- Express Courier (tracked): $30 NZD for orders weigh up to 2kg. Transit time: 2-3 working days.

EUROPE & UK

- Air Mail (untracked): $15 NZD for orders weigh up to 1kg. $30 NZD for orders weigh between 1-2kg. Transit time: 6-10 working days.

- Express Courier (tracked): $40 NZD for orders weigh up to 2kg. Transit time: 4-5 working days.

Rest of the World

- Air Mail (untracked): $15 NZD for orders weigh up to 1kg. $30 NZD for orders weigh between 1-2kg. Transit time: 6-10 working days.

- Express Courier (tracked): $60 NZD for orders weigh up to 2kg. Transit time: 5-7 working days.

Please note that the above transit times are indications only and pending customs clearance. For orders weigh over 2kg, the shipping cost will be calculated and shown at the checkout. Air mail service may be unavailable to certain countries. If there is no shipping method available to your shipping address, please Contact Us for a special quote.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders are sent from our New Zealand warehouse. Please be aware that orders shipping to countries other than New Zealand may be subject to import duty or other customs taxes which must be paid by the recipient of the order. We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay for the customs or import duties.

Order Enquiries

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email confirming shipment. If you chose Express Courier as the shipping method, this email will also include the tracking information.

If you have a query about an online order you have already placed, please Contact Us. Please provide details such as your order number, date of purchase and the specific enquiry - this will help us to provide a speedy response.

Damaged Items 

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

Returns 

We are happy to make a full refund or product exchange to you if for the unlikely reason your Less by Nature product is proven to be faulty. To make a return and claim a refund, please Contact Us within five days of receiving it.

Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.

If you would like try our product samples before purchase, please Contact Us to arrange. We are happy to offer up to 4 free product samples to each customer. To cover the shipping cost, we will charge $5 NZD, $10 NZD and $15 NZD to send them to a New Zealand, Australian and international address respectively.

Important Notice

Please make sure you supply us with your contact phone number & full and correct shipping address in ENGLISH. Should you enter the wrong address, do contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been delivered to a wrong address or sent out using the untracked Air Mail shipping method.
